Each utensil features a heavy-duty 18/8 stainless steel handle combined with nylon end rated for 400°F. The slotted wide blade spatula is great for use when cooking fragile foods such as omelettes, pancakes, or fish to reduce breakage, and is also ideal for hamburgers since the slotted surface allows oil to drain.This wide, heavy-duty spatula has an angled handle and a broad rounded blade, enabling you to skim boiled eggs and other tricky objects by sliding the front edge of the spatula flush against the curved side of your cookware.
