I don't ever write reviews, but there is one characteristic of this spatula that I must share, Often, plastic utensils incorporate color from foods like tomato sauce and chili, and the color can NEVER be removed. Not so with this spatula! It washes clean after every use, and looks great all the time. Since this is one of my personal pet peeves (get a life, you say?), I am thrilled to have bought this spatula. Additionally, I agree with previous reviewers as to other aspects of this product.

This silicone spatula can withstand temperatures up to 572 degrees Fahrenheit. Great for stirring sauces right on the stove.What a sad sight: the edges of your soft rubber spatula melting into a pan of scrambled eggs. And yet rigid plastic isn't flexible enough to do the job. A better choice is this well-balanced, long-handled silicone spatula. Not only is it heat-resistant to 572 degrees, it's versatile enough to be used for any number of jobs. When scraping down the sides of a pan, the slightly cupped scraper can hold a decent portion of batter or liquid.
